Right after the crew leaves

Let the tile dry about 15 minutes. Then fill the pool and spa until there are 2 to 3 inches of water above the skimmer basket, and take the pool out of service mode and back to auto.

If the water looks cloudy

That's normal at first. It usually clears in 24 to 48 hours. If a lot of media is left on the floor once the water is clear, call us and we'll come back to vacuum at no charge.

Keep calcium from coming back

Keep your chemicals balanced, keep the water level steady and brush the waterline weekly with a soft nylon brush. Skip wire brushes, pumice and acid tile cleaners. Brush raised walls and spillways weekly too.

Warranty

The cleaning has a 12-month warranty. If we missed any calcium, we come back and clean it. New buildup isn't covered, since it depends on your pool's chemistry and maintenance. Ask our office about the Yearly Tile Care Plan if you'd like the tile cleaned every year. More on the tile cleaning page.
