Service areas · Houston, TX Pool tile cleaning across Houston.
From Memorial to Clear Lake and every suburb in between, Houston's water leaves a white line on pool tile. Here's how it varies across the metro, and the cities we serve.
Houston's water
Hard, but not equally hard
The City of Houston's main system serves about 2.97 million customers. In 2025 it drew about 90% of its water from the San Jacinto River (Lake Conroe and Lake Houston) and the Trinity River (Lake Livingston), and about 10% from deep wells in the Evangeline and Chicot aquifers.
The 2025 report puts average hardness at 135.5 mg/L (about 7.9 grains per gallon), which is in the hard range, but samples ran from 43.5 to 229 mg/L. Houston Public Works says east-side customers typically get more surface water and west-side customers more well water. In other words, two Houston pools can scale up at very different rates.
Outside the city limits, most suburbs rely more on groundwater, or on blends managed by regional water authorities. That's why pools in places like Tomball, Magnolia and Katy often build scale faster than pools inside the Loop.

Inside the city
Houston neighborhoods
Inside Houston we work in neighborhoods like Memorial, the Heights, Meyerland, Champions, Clear Lake and Kingwood. Older inner-city pools often have original ceramic tile with years of buildup. Newer builds are more likely to have glass mosaics and raised spas.
No matter where you are, the process is the same. You text photos, we review them and call you, and you get a quote by text and email. On cleaning day we lower the water 6 to 12 inches, blast the calcium off with media matched to your tile, vacuum the media out with our own pumps, and you refill. The pool is never drained.
Neighborhoods include Memorial, The Heights, Meyerland, Champions, Clear Lake, Kingwood, Westchase and Garden Oaks.

Questions
Good to know
Do you serve all of Houston?
Yes. The team serves Houston and all the surrounding cities. If you're not sure you're in our area, call or text (832) 639-6782.
Why does my pool get calcium faster than my neighbor's across town?
Water varies across the metro. Houston's main system blends lake and well water, and many suburbs rely more on groundwater. Harder fill water and more evaporation mean faster buildup.
Do you need to visit to give a quote?
Usually not. Assessments are done from your photos and a phone call, and you get your quote by text and email.
What are your hours?
We're open 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
