Why Magnolia tile scales up
The City of Magnolia's public supply comes from Jasper aquifer wells near FM 1488 and FM 149 and on Kelly Road, permitted through the Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District. Other systems around Magnolia, like the wells serving Emory Glen on FM 1488 and the Ranchcrest system, draw from the Chicot/Evangeline or Jasper aquifers too.
When every gallon you add comes from a well, calcium builds faster. Magnolia pools often show a thicker band than pools on blended city water, especially on raised walls and spillways.

Cleaning day
On cleaning day the team lowers the water 6 to 12 inches below the tile line (the pool is never drained), removes the calcium with bead or media blasting matched to your tile, and vacuums the media out with our own pumps. Most pools take 2 to 4 hours. Quotes come from your photos and a phone call, and the price we quote is the price you pay.

I'm on a private well in Magnolia. Will calcium come back faster?
It often does, because well water usually carries more dissolved minerals. Balanced chemistry, a steady water level and weekly brushing with a soft nylon brush slow it down.
Our pool is a long way from the driveway. Can you still do it?
Yes. We bring our own pumps and only need access to the backyard and a water spigot.
Do I need to be home?
We prefer someone be home at the start and the end, but it isn't required as long as we can get into the backyard, reach a spigot, and pets are secured.
