Pool tile cleaning · Conroe, TX Conroe and the lake, without the scale.
Conroe mixes in-town neighborhoods, fast-growing master-planned communities and lake homes, and many of them still rely on deep Jasper aquifer wells.
The water in Conroe
Why Conroe tile scales up
Montgomery County's groundwater is managed by the Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District, and Conroe-area utilities draw from both the Chicot/Evangeline and the deeper Jasper aquifers. Montgomery County MUD 157, for example, holds permits for wells on FM 1314 in Conroe in both.
The San Jacinto River Authority treats Lake Conroe water at its plant by the dam and delivers it to cities and utilities in the county, but plenty of Conroe homes are still on well water. Either way, a pool that's topped off all summer will collect calcium at the tile line.

What we see locally
Pools around Conroe
Lake-area homes near Lake Conroe often have bigger pools with rock waterfalls, stone features and long spillways. Rocks and stone that sit in the water scale up like tile does, and they can be added to the quote.
Newer communities east and south of town have younger pools with lighter buildup, which usually means a quicker job. Most pools are finished in a day either way.
How it works
Cleaning day
On cleaning day the team lowers the water 6 to 12 inches below the tile line (the pool is never drained), removes the calcium with bead or media blasting matched to your tile, and vacuums the media out with our own pumps. Most pools take 2 to 4 hours. Quotes come from your photos and a phone call, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
